Contract Administrator

  • Client is a roofing contractor in Azusa
  • Position is Temp-to-Hire
  • Shift is Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Salary is $21-$24/hour (DOE)

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with Service department to complete work orders
  • Send daily correspondence
  • Work with Owner, General Contractor (GC) and clients to obtain all details regarding work orders
  • Work together with Estimators to process all contracts and work orders
  • Process contracts through the full process from start to finish
  • Create contract folders electronically
  • Obtain all needed documents – W-9, Insurance, GC License, Owner information, GC information, etc.
  • Confirm correct site addresses
  • Complete client information sheets with accuracy
  • Other related duties as assigned

Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:

  • 2+ years of office/administrative experience
  • 2+ years of contract management, processing, and correspondence
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
