Full-Time Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk for a manufacturing company in Azusa.
- Position is Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire.
- Shift is Monday – Friday from 8:00am- 5:00pm.
- Salary is $15-$18 an hour Depending of Experience.
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Assists the controller
- Responsible for AP/AR, Credit and Invoicing functions
- Monitors A/R and makes collection calls in past due accounts
- Applies incoming cash to the correct accounts
- Generates monthly reports dealing with A/R
- General administrative tasks as assigned
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:
- Office and light accounting experience preferred
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Accurate data entry and 10-key skills required
