Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk

Full-Time Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk for a manufacturing company in Azusa.

  • Position is Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire.
  • Shift is Monday – Friday from 8:00am- 5:00pm.
  • Salary is $15-$18 an hour Depending of Experience.

Job Description:

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Assists the controller
  • Responsible for AP/AR, Credit and Invoicing functions
  • Monitors A/R and makes collection calls in past due accounts
  • Applies incoming cash to the correct accounts
  • Generates monthly reports dealing with A/R
  • General administrative tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:

  • Office and light accounting experience preferred
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Accurate data entry and 10-key skills required
