Administrative Assistant

  • Client is a roofing contractor in Azusa
  • Position is Temp-to-Hire
  • Shift is Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Salary is $20-$22/hour (Depending on experience)

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and prompt manner.
  • Assist with tasks involving insurance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, etc.
  • Assist the Service Department as needed.
  • General administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, scanning, etc.
  • Other duties/projects as assigned.

Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:

  • 2+ years of office/administrative experience required.
  • Prior billing, invoicing, and scheduling experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work well in teams and independently.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
