Billing Administrator

  • Located in the City of Industry area
  • Position is Full-Time
  • Shift is Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 3:30pm
  • Salary is $15-$19 an hour

Job Description:

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Generate, print, and distribute invoices
  • Reconcile, balance, and record sales to general ledger for month end closing
  • Maintain various Excel spreadsheets
  • Record and keep track of Work Order Log
  • Run query for factory part sales at month end
  • Create and fill job folders for costing
  • Write up journals as needed
  • Write up registers
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:

  • 2+ years of billing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
  • Must be detailed oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Strong 10-key touch and data entry skills
  • Ability to work well in teams
