Corporate Human Resource Administrator

  • Client is a manufacturing company located in City of Industry
  • Position is Direct Hire
  • Shift is Full-Time/ Monday – Friday
  • Salary is $52,000 – $56,000

Job Description:
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate interviewing, screening, and recruitment as needed
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and their dissemination, through communication and/or meetings
  • Provide direction to employees in regarding benefits, resolution of problems, company policies, and procedures
  • Oversees company events and activities
  • Conduct wage surveys as needed to insure competitive wage rate
  • Assist the Human Resources Manager with internal investigations
  • Manage billing for all benefit plans
  • Identify and troubleshoot benefit system issues
  • Maintain employee records systematically
  • Conduct government annual reporting (EEO & Rule 2202)
  • Update and maintain annual OSHA forms 300 & 300A
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related curriculum highly preferred
  • Three to five years of HR experience required
  • Must have experience with an HRIS system (preferably UltiPro Payroll, Recruiting/Onboarding and PlanSource Benefits)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be knowledgeable in FMLA and COBRA regulations
  • Must be knowledgeable in I-9 employment eligibility regulations
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (must be proficient in MS Excel)
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and emotionally intelligent
  • Ability to multitask and work well with others
