- Client is a manufacturing company in City of Industry
- Position is Direct Hire
- Shift is Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Salary is $20 – $22/hour (Depending on experience)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Provide comprehensive estimates based on material & labor costs of each trailer.
- Process quote requests from the Sales Department which are tailored to customer’s specifications.
- Compile and verify material cost, weight, and labor.
- Review Bills of Material and drawing packages.
- Consult with other departments, including Sales, Drafting, Order Processing, Production, and Purchasing.
- Complete quotes and present them to the Sales Department.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:
- 2 years of office/administrative experience.
- Prior costing experience for a manufacturing company is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, etc.).
- Ability to read drawings/blueprints.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess analytical skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
