Customer Service/Order Desk Assistant

  • Client is a manufacturing company
  • Position is Temp-to-Hire
  • Shift is Full-Time/Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Salary is $15-$19/hour (Depending on experience)

Job Description:

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients/potential clients
  • Answer and transfer calls in a professional manner
  • Enter prices as well as track and manage orders as they are processed
  • General clerical tasks as needed, such as filing, scanning, faxing, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:

  • Strong phone and interpersonal skills
  • Order desk and/or bookkeeping experience highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
