Customer Service/Order Desk Assistant

  • Client is a granite product manufacturer in La Verne.
  • Position is Temp-to-Hire.
  • Shift is Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm.
  • Salary is $18/hour.

Job Description:
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients/customers
  • Answer and transfer calls in a professional manner
  • Manage and track the status of items in production
  • Coordinate delivers with shop production staff
  • Enter, price, track, and manage orders as they are processed
  • General clerical tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, scanning, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong phone and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
