Demo Coordinator

Client is a company located in Ontario
Position is Temp-to-Hire
Shift is Monday through Friday from 7:00AM – 4:00PM
Salary is $21/hour

Job Description:
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Process and review new orders
  • Review open order reports and verify discount accuracy
  • Tag equipment when received into the branch and process make-readies to shop/service team
  • Track production status and initiate deliveries
  • Maintain new equipment inventory including orders of stock and demo units
  • Process credits and re-invoicing of equipment when necessary
  • Track warranty registration and process warranty installation paperwork
  • Maintain complete files on all orders
  • Act as liaison between sales team, factory, vendors, and service department
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelors or associates degree, ideally in Business, highly preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
  • Experience within a manufacturing company highly preferred
  • Strong administrative/clerical experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Very organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work well in teams
