- Position is Temp-to-Hire
- Shift is Full-Time/Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm
- Salary is $15/hr & up Depending on Experience
Job Description:
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Communicate with the Listing Coordinator daily to ensure marketing and listing timeframes are met on time.
- Review and receive the Seller’s approval on all property descriptions and photos to maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain open communication with sellers regarding all advertising, and with sales team pertaining to all advertising
- Thorough and timely communication with fellow employees and reporting supervisor
- Participate in weekly meetings to communicate all job-related updates necessary for efficient job performance
- Maintain and organize photo files according to listing status
- Maintain organization of the listing property Ad schedule for each listing
- Upload all property advertising to ensure proper retention.
- Ensure adequate alignment of all resources (workflow, materials, supplies, etc.) to sustain efficient operating performance and achievement of position goals
- Maintain the company social media accounts
- Continually improve professional skills and knowledge
- Recommend to management potential marketing changes and strategies that would increase the company’s market share and performance
- Represent the company culture to inspire fellow team members to achieve their personal best

Minimum Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:
- High school diploma is required (Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Marketing preferred)
- 3yrs recent relevant work experience
- Familiar with multiple line phone systems and office machines
- Current valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
- Familiar with the use of social media websites and outlets (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc)
- Experience with photography, editing, and design (InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, Mailchimp)
- Marketing experience in real estate preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (Windows 2000 and/or XP Pro)
