Office Administrator

  • Client is a forklift manufacturing company in La Verne
  • Position is Temp-to-Hire
  • Shift is Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • Salary is $22 – $25 (DOE)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Office Administrator works directly under the Branch Manager, as well as assists multiple departments. This position plays an important role in keeping the office running smoothly.
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Work directly under the Branch Manager and assist them as needed
  • General administrative tasks (answers/transferring calls, organizing files, data entry, making copies, etc.)
  • Assist other departments as needed (HR, Sales, Rentals, Billing, etc.)
    • Dispatch technicians
    • Process billing
    • Create work orders
    • Track production status, initiate/schedule delivery
    • Process paperwork
    • Order equipment from vendors
    • Liaison between sales team, factory, vendors, and service department
  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:

  • 3+ years of office experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience within manufacturing highly preferred
  • Prior experience as an Office Administrator/Manager highly preferred
  • Strong MS Office skills required
  • Ability to wear multiple hats
  • Strong attention to detail
