Office Assistant

  • Client is a Property Investment company located in San Dimas.
  • Position is Temp-to-Hire
  • Shift is Full-Time
  • Salary is $15-$16/hour (Depending on experience)


Job Description:

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer emails promptly and professionally
  • Answer and transfer calls
  • Keep track of all construction loans and request loan draws when appropriate
  • Assist and learn how to arrange meter installations with the Gas, Water and Electric companies
  • Stay up to date on utilities (installation & services) for all properties
  • Make sure all projects are properly insured
  • File all paperwork in a timely manner
  • Keep all project folders neat and organized
  • Oversee projects and stay informed on the progress of each project
  • Prepare weekly updates for investors
  • Input invoices to QuickBooks Online and bill vendors
  • Assist co-workers when needed
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:

  • Experience with QuickBooks and Numbers (Apple’s spreadsheet software)
  • Prior experience within construction preferred
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable, reliable, and ability to take initiative
  • Must have experience with MAC
