- Position is Temp-to-Hire
- Shift is Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Salary is $20/hour
Job Description:
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee office functions and ensure the day-to-day business operations are completed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment for all employees.
- Responsible for completing monthly billing.
- Complete accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
- Responsible for the property management of three local homes.
- Collect rent from tenants.
- Schedule maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems for important documents and records.
- Ensure that all paperwork and other requirements are met for audits.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Collect mail from the post office.
- Assist with general administration tasks, such as answering calls, filing, scanning, data entry, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:
- Proven experience with office management, payroll, and HR practices highly preferred.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience highly preferred.
- Must be able to pass DOJ background check.
- Must be comfortable working with intellectually disabled adults.
- Ability to exercise confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
