Project Coordinator

  • Client is a swimming pool contractor in La Verne
  • Position is Temp-to-Hire
  • Shift is a Flexible schedule; Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 1:00pm OR 11:00am – 5:00pm
    • **Position will become full time once employee is fully trained
  • Salary is $18 – $20/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist management with day-to-day functions
  • Track status of projects from order to completion
  • Greet and assist customers with all questions while providing excellent customer service
  • Maintain records as required regarding job progress and costs
  • Assist with invoices, billing, and track costs
  • General administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, organizing, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:

  • High School Diploma required, AA or Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Prior experience within construction highly preferred
  • Accounting and QuickBooks experience highly preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
