Receptionist/Office Assistant

Client is a commercial construction company located in Azusa/Baldwin Park
Position is Temp-to-Hire
Shift is Full-Time/Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm
Salary is $14-$15/hr

Job Description:

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer and transfer calls in a professional manner
  • Order office supplies
  • Receive and sort mail; FedEx mailing
  • Make hotel arrangements
  • Assist in planning birthdays and luncheons
  • Keep track of attendance records
  • General clerical tasks, such as scanning, filing, data entry, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1- 2 years of receptionist experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service and phone skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask
  • Deadline driven and very organized
