- Client is an accounting firm in La Verne
- Position is Temp-to-Hire
- Shift is Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm (with occasional OT as needed)
- Salary is $20 – $25/hour (DOE)
Job Description:
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Answer and transfer incoming calls in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
- Assist with preparing tax documents
- Process credit card payments
- Order office supplies
- Update forms and client information
- General clerical tasks as needed, such as filing, scanning, organizing, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:
- 2+ years of office experience preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- 1 year of QuickBooks online experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance preferred, but not required
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must be able to work well with others
