- Client is an insulation company in La Puente
- Position is Temp-to-Hire
- Shift is Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Salary is $21/hour
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Answer and transfer calls in a professional manner.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Order office supplies weekly and other items as needed.
- Manage city business licenses online and over the phone.
- Communicate closely with corporate office personnel in Ohio.
- General office tasks such as scanning, filing, data entry, distributing mail, etc.
- Assist departments as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of office & customer service experience required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Construction or service industry background highly preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks highly preferred.
- Must be reliable, organized, and have strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
