• Client is an accounting firm in La Verne
  • Position is Temp-to-Hire
  • Shift is Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm (with occasional OT as needed)
  • Salary is $20 – $25/hour (DOE)

Job Description:
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer and transfer incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
  • Assist with preparing tax documents
  • Process credit card payments
  • Order office supplies
  • Update forms and client information
  • General clerical tasks as needed, such as filing, scanning, organizing, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:

  • 2+ years of office experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • 1 year of QuickBooks online experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance preferred, but not required
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Must be able to work well with others
