Temporary Card Services Quality Assurance Clerk

  • Location: San Dimas, CA
  • Position Type: Temporary (approximately 6 months)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $20/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Audit new card requests.
  • Audit daily lost/stolen/compromised debit/credit cards.
  • Audit ministry/business credit card requests.
  • Audit new ATM and debit cards.
  • Audit and review daily, weekly, and monthly department reports.
  • Audit daily Card Services work emails and support events for accurate completion.
  • Assist Card Services and Digital Services with outstanding items needed from members to fulfill outstanding requests.
  • Audit address changes for return mail.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements for financial institutions, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, USA Patriot Act, OFAC and Fair Lending Regulations.
  • Demonstrate enthusiastic support of the credit union’s purpose/mission, vision, values, & long-term objectives.
  • Meet or exceed the standard score on the annual product knowledge certification.
  • Meet or exceed service goals as established.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Debit and credit card experience required.
  • Banking experience preferred.
  • Episys, STAR, and FDR experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of word processing (Word preferred) and spreadsheets (Excel preferred).
  • Excellent initiative & aptitude for detailed work.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good accounting principles and math aptitude.
  • Accurate typing skills at 30 wpm & 10-key by touch at 20 WPM.
