Temporary Member Service Support Clerk

  • Client is a credit union in San Dimas
  • Position is Temporary (approximately 1 – 3 months)
  • Shift is Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Salary is $16/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Sort mail to distribute in cart folders or deliver as needed.
  • Process Queue Ops events as needed.
  • Assist the Support Team as directed, such as sending adverse-action letters.
  • Pull work for research and error resolution.
  • Keep San Dimas marketing bay neat and supplied.
  • Run special errands when needed.
  • Prepare mail for pick-up.
  • Mail UPS and Federal Express.
  • Perform assigned clerical projects as needed to maintain records.
  • Pick up and distribute fax transmissions.
  • Clean out and scan files per record and retention procedures.
  • Prepare daily work to go off site.
  • Pull statement copies.
  • Complete VOD’s (online and mailed in)
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of office experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license, current car insurance, and reliable transportation required.
